Brand Central does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Brand Central.
Replacements are only possible if you have received products that are damaged or tampered with in transit. In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours on wecare@brandcentral.store along with images of the damaged product. Our team will review the product and will investigate the same on our end.
If, based on examination the product is badly damaged, we will arrange a replacement with a new product. If a replacement product of the same style, colour, brand, and or size that was ordered by the customer originally, is unavailable, and the customer wishes to get refund, it will be processed within 7 working days.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service on +91 7978 713 793 or sending us an e-mail on wecare@brandcentral.store. No cancellations are possible nor will be accepted once product has been dispatched.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
